It was an amazing experience of living on such a small island, but they will provide everything you need. The food is just wonderful, stuff is friendly and helpful, atmosphere is nice and very Italian oriented. Reccomend for those who loves privacy and very calm vacations in beautiful place! Would add TV into the rooms for the days with bad weather.

WE ARE BACK! This is our 10th time in the Maldives! But this is the island we came back to for the second time. We were here for 3 weeks from January 25 to February 15, 2025! Every day was fantastic, the programs were continuous. The island is like in the movies: white sand, palm trees. Corals blooming again on the house reef, turtles, sharks, moray eels, and lots of other fish. We have never seen such a rich wildlife anywhere! Special thanks: To the animation Joara, who spoke perfect Hungarian also and helped us with everything. Thanks to the staff working in the bar: the restaurant, the shop. The cleaners did their job excellently, there was cleanliness everywhere. Special thanks to the volleyball boys (staff) for the unforgettable matches we played every day. Resort non nuovo ma ben tenuto e gestito dal personale italiano e locale, stanze belle e curate due volte al giorno dal personale. Cucina ottima e varia ogni giorno, personale sempre gentile educato e disponibile. Animazione ben organizzata non invasiva ed efficiente, direttore del villaggio disponibile e affabile. Bravissimi i ragazzi biologi e gli operatori del water sport ed in particolare Lapo che mi ha guidato imbranato come sono negli snorkeling due volte al giorno, in un mare davvero meraviglioso e ricco di ogni sorta di pesce in un reef stupendo. Ho soggiornato in un beach bungalow. Dato il vento insistente non consiglierei i water villa. Escursione per nuotare con le mante bella ed emozionante. Un gran bel posto dove tornerei volentieri. Complimento allo staff.

A beautiful quiet island with a fantastic house reef that can be enjoyed by all levels of snorkelers. The staff were both helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent. The food in the restaurant was varied and plentiful. We stayed in both a Beach Bungalow and a Water Villa and both were delightful with the most comfortable of beds I have ever slept in. We stayed for 10 days which was just the perfect amount of time to relax and reset in a haven of paradise. We didn't wear shoes/flip flops/sandals from the moment we disembarked the boat on our day of arrival to the morning we left - pure bliss

A quiet resort that is a short flight from the main island of Male. The staff are so friendly and helpful. The temperate was a perfect 28 degrees and the sunsets were a joy to watch. Our beach bungalow was well equipped and the bed comfortable. The light evening breeze brought the light scent of the flowering shrubs onto the veranda while we watched the hermit crabs search for food. The sea was warm and calm and full marks go to the catering, all meals were varied and nicely presented. What more do you need from a tropical island getaway? OK, if you need it, the Wi-Fi was fast and freely available. Recommended resort.

10 days is not enough to fully enjoy this resort. There is no aspect we did not enjoy immensely. To make a holiday memorable, you need to be made to feel welcome, be well fed with quality food and have excellent facilities within a paradise setting. Do not hesitate to book Sandies Bathala, a small island packed with a huge heart in a truly beautiful setting. Oh, and did I mention the fabulous snorkelling and dive opportunities. Huge shout out to Magic and Rackesh who looked after us superbly albeit assisted by every member of staff. We will be back
